Can I change my order?
 
We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipment.
 
Unfortunately, once your order is in the “preparing for shipment”, “shipping” or “delivered” status, we cannot make any changes to your order.

Why don’t you have a phone number?
 
We do not have a call center because we are not prepared for a high volume of calls. Our brand is built online, including our customer support.

How can I track my package?
 
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Please note that the tracking number may not be available in the tracking system for up to 5 days after the package has shipped.

What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
 
If you are not home, the delivery will be made up the next day, or the delivery service will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
 
If you have a mailbox that the package fits in, they will leave it in it.
 
You may also have to pick up your package at your local post office if it cannot be delivered to you.
 
Do I have to pay taxes for international shipping?
 
There is no tax to pay. You just have to pay the shipping cost for your order, that’s all.
 
Do you accept returns?

How long does it take to process a return?
 
Returns are acknowledged within 14 days of our warehouse receiving the package.

We currently do not have any physical stores under our brand name. However, we have several distributors in Europe, the US and Hong Kong.
 
Is there any guarantee?
 
We guarantee that all of our products manufactured by us and sold through our online store are free from defects. We will gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item, provided they respect the following conditions:
 
– The item must have been sold in our online store
– The item should not have been used in any way
– The request for return or exchange must be made within 30 days of delivery.
– The return must be made within 14 days of the request for return or exchange
